Mr. Greg Cole
Greg Cole has dedicated 22 years to education, all within the Sycamore school district. As the Principal of E.H. Greene, Greg brings a wealth of experience and a deep connection to the community, being a Sycamore graduate himself. He holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University and a Master's in Integrating Technology in the Curriculum and Administration.
Greg's career includes 20 years as a classroom teacher, with four years spent in the Synnovation Lab—a cross-curricular team focused on building relationships and preparing students for life after high school through authentic learning opportunities. He has also coached football, wrestling, lacrosse, and cross country.
Outside of school, Greg enjoys traveling with his family to new cities, beaches, and national parks. He loves reading classic literature, fantasy, historic fiction, and more. His other interests include good food, running, Buckeye Football, watching sports, and asking big questions.
Greg's passion for education stems from his love for watching students grow and creating opportunities for them to be challenged in ways that prepare them for life after school. "As Principal, my job is to help foster the culture and environment of the school to allow teachers to do the great work they are meant to do in a place where students want to show up and do their best," he says.

Mrs. Tricia Constable
Tricia Constable has dedicated 20 years to the field of education, joining Sycamore in 2019 as the Assistant Principal of E.H. Greene. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education (Language Arts, Reading, and Science) from Bowling Green State University, has completed the Florida Writing Project at Florida State University, and earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati.
Tricia's career includes five years at Greene, five years as an Assistant Principal at Endeavor Elementary in Lakota, and two years in the same role at North College Hill. Before becoming a building administrator, she taught middle school Language Arts, Reading, and Science for seven years, starting her teaching career at a Science Magnet School in Florida. After moving to Ohio, she taught in Princeton City School District and North College Hill before stepping into her administrative roles.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys traveling to beaches and warm locations two to three times a year with her husband, Brett, and her daughter, Macy. She is an avid FCC soccer fan, cheering on the team from the Bailey section at each game. Her family loves visiting new restaurants, parks, and events in the Cincinnati area and spending time outdoors.
Tricia's passion for education began at the age of four, inspired by a love for learning and admiration for her preschool teacher. Decades later, she finds her work incredibly rewarding, engaging in professional learning and coaching with colleagues, and supporting students with tools and skills for their futures.

Mrs. Natalie Moss
Natalie Moss has dedicated 14 years to the field of education, all within the Sycamore school district. She currently serves as the Assistant Principal of E.H. Greene. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education from Miami University, along with endorsements in Reading and 4th-5th grade. She also earned two Master's degrees from the American College of Education: one in Curriculum and Instruction specializing in ESOL (2014) and another in Educational Leadership (2017).
Natalie's career includes roles as a Kindergarten Teacher and an Intervention Specialist (Reading/Math) at Maple Dale.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether cooking out, camping, watching the Bengals, or trying new restaurants.
Her passion for education stems from a lifelong love of helping kids grow and learn, whether through academics, personal growth, or connection. She is dedicated to creating an environment where students feel safe and capable of accomplishing anything.
